General Return Conditions
You must return the item within 14 days of receiving the package. We accept the return of items never worn, still tagged and undamaged. The items must be in perfect condition and neatly folded in the packaging to avoid creases. Also remember to put the plastic packaging around the parcel to protect it. Any product that has been transformed at the customer's request for customization will not be returned or exchanged.
Exchange and refund conditions from abroad
Any order placed from abroad involves a chargeable delivery via Colissimo or Chronopost International. You have the opportunity to request an exchange or refund of your order within 14 days from receipt of the parcel. In the case of an exchange, you must return your parcel to us by your own means, the return and re-shipment costs are therefore your responsibility. In the case of a refund, you must return the parcel to us by your own means. Once the parcel is received, the refund of your order will be credited to the payment method used during your order or as a credit on your customer account. The refund of the product will be made in full, excluding delivery costs. As stated above, sales and customs taxes are not refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting the customs office directly. The return of parcels for an exchange or refund is at the customer's expense. Upon receipt at our premises of the item, never worn, still tagged and undamaged, Cesare Nori will refund the amount of your product within a maximum period of 10 days, after expertise.
